Meet Lindsey Yealy

Most Likely to micromanage your room flip.
Lindsey Yealy has been a Day of Pgh lead planner for two years, and her experience in the Pittsburgh wedding industry goes all the way back to studying hospitality in college. She dove head first into weddings after graduation, and hasn’t looked back!
Lindsey’s planning style? Calm, organized and reliable! When you and your boo walk into the reception space, she will ‘literally tear up’ watching your reaction.
When Lindsey isn’t directing for #dayofpgh, you can find her running the show at her full time gig: Catering Manager for the often imitated, never duplicated (and freakin’ gorgeous!) Hotel Monaco.
Fun FACT! Lindsey’s also in the midst of planning her own wedding for 2023, and we can’t wait to see what this #burghbride designs for her day!

Lindsey and Day of Pgh made our wedding not only look perfect but also feel perfect… down to every little detail!
We turned an empty warehouse into a modern, classy, and romantic space which took truly a village to pull off!! They were able to pivot and adjust when things weren’t working quite right (flawlessly I might add) and really made us be able to just enjoy the moment—- every single one of them on our big day!! I would say if you don’t book them for your wedding, you will really regret it!! I miss working with them, that is how sweet and fun they made the entire experience!

Our lead planner Lindsey is amazing! She kept us on schedule and made sure that we were taken care of at every step of the night. The whole day was stress free and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not only that… She made sure that we had plenty of food once we got the reception, very important part of my day!
Heather and her team were more than Day of Coordinators. In a tough year for everyone, she always knew weddings would happen again and was ready to be there for her brides when that happened. We truly wouldn't have made it to our wedding date(s) without them.
